Welcome Message from the Coordinator

On behalf of the Joint Action Extended EHR@EU Data Space for Primary Use (Xt-EHR) consortium, I am pleased to welcome you to our project website.

Xt-EHR represents a significant, collaborative step toward establishing a truly interoperable, secure, and patient-centred European Health Data Space (EHDS)—an essential milestone on the road to building a future European Health Union. Coordinated by the National eHealth Authority (NeHA) of Cyprus, and with the active involvement of all EU Member States and Norway, the project brings together experts from more than 50 Competent Authorities and Affiliated Entities across Europe.

Our Partnerships

Our partnership spans 25 countries, bringing together experts and organizations dedicated to advancing digital health. Through collaboration, we are building a stronger, more connected European healthcare system.
